1. About us

This website, armapeptideshop.com, is operated by Arma Peptides, a trading name of Arma Nova Pharma, supplying high-purity research peptides with fast UK & EU delivery. You can contact us by email at info@armapeptideshop.com for general enquiries, or orders@armapeptideshop.com for orders and tracking. Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm GMT, and we aim to answer every enquiry within one business day.

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Research use only

All products sold on this website are supplied strictly as laboratory reference materials for in vitro research and analytical method development. They are not medicinal products, are not for human or veterinary consumption, and must not be administered to humans or animals.

By placing an order you confirm that you are aged 18 or over, that you are purchasing in a professional or research capacity, and that you accept full responsibility for the lawful handling, storage and disposal of the products in line with the regulations that apply to you.

3. Product information

Product descriptions, purity figures and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided in good faith and reflect third-party HPLC analysis of the stated batch. Product images are illustrative and packaging may vary. We make no claim, express or implied, as to therapeutic effect, safety in humans, or fitness for any clinical purpose.

4. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline any order — for example where stock is unavailable, where a pricing or description error has occurred, where payment cannot be verified, or where we have reason to believe the product would be misused.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout. We accept card payments, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom and to selected EU destinations, with tracked delivery on all orders. Delivery to the UK and EU is free on orders over £200. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. For destinations outside the UK you are the importer of record and are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs clearance.

7. Cancellation and returns

Where the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. For reasons of product integrity and safety we cannot accept returns of items where the tamper-evident seal has been broken, or where cold-chain storage conditions cannot be verified after delivery. 8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us at orders@armapeptideshop.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. Verified faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be replaced or refunded in full, including return postage where a return is required.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from use of our products contrary to clause 2.

10. Your responsibilities

You agree not to resell our products for human or veterinary use, not to relabel or repackage them for administration to people or animals, and not to make any medical, therapeutic or performance claim about them on our behalf.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, product photography, logos and Certificates of Analysis — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced or republished without our written permission.

12. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

13. Events outside our control

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs holds, supply interruptions or extreme weather.

14. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on this page at the time you place it.
